|Thick white sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiled vegetables/Cooked corn / boiled and chopped spaghetti ( macaroni / noodles)||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Combine all the above ingredients in a pan and warm them up.
Fill the baked tart shells before serving.
