|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon peel||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
1. Combine all ingredients in 2-cup glass measure; mix well.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until thickened; beat well. Cool and spread on cake.
