Easy Meat Filling

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breast 1
  Pork chop 1 , cut 3/4 inch thick
  Beaten egg 1
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan combine chicken, pork, and 1 cup water.
Cover and simmer about 40 minutes or till tender.
Remove meat; cool slightly.
Discard skin and bones.
Grind chicken and pork together; blend in egg, parmesan, and nutmeg.
Use to stuff desired pasta
