|Grated lemon peel/2/3 teaspoon dried lemon peel||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Yellow food coloring||1 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in 4-cup measure.
Cook uncovered, 2 minutes, 30 seconds or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring twice during last half of cooking time.
Spread on cake.
