|Envelope of unflavored gelatin||1|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar replacement||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. Sprinkle gelatin over water in small bowl; let stand for 5 minutes to soften.
2. Heat skim milk to boiling point in small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat; add sugar replacement, vanilla extract and salt. Stir in softened gelatin to dissolve. Chill for 30 minutes or until thick.
3. Using electric mixer at high speed, beat until frothy. Chill until ready to fill pastry; stir well just before using.
