Raisin Pie Filling

Ingredients
  Raisins 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat raisins and water to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Mix sugar and flour; stir into raisin mixture.
Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in lemon juice; cool.
