Cherry Apricot Filling

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Maraschino cherry juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped maraschino cherries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped dried apricots 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to rolling boil.
Boil and stir 1 minute; cool.
