Basic Fig Filling

Ingredients
  Ground unsulphnred figs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened prune juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. Cool.
2. Use as a filling for yeast or layer cakes.
