Basic Fig Filling

|Ground unsulphnred figs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened prune juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. Cool.
2. Use as a filling for yeast or layer cakes.
