Bacon & Cheese Filling
|Light cream||1 Pint|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Bacon||1⁄4 Pound, fried|
Add grated cheese, eggs, bacon, salt and pepper.
Take out the crust and roll into thin, flat form.
Bake in round pie pan for 10 minutes at 450°.
Then put in filling, and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the quiche is firm and can be cut into slices.
