Plain And Simple Prune Filling

Ingredients
  Prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place prunes in a saucepan.
Cover with water and simmer for 20 to minutes until prunes are tender; then drain.
Remove pits and mash with fork or process in food processor or blender.
Stir in cinnamon.
