|Dried apricots||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook apricots, honey, and water in heavy saucepan over low heat for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly, then process in blender until smooth.
If necessary, add a teaspoon or two more water during blending process so that a spreadable consistency results.
