Fluffy Filling And Frosting

  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Sticks)
  10x confectioner's powdered sugar 1 Pound, sifted (1 Package)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dark corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon extract 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream style cottage cheese 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Chopped walnuts/Pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon

1. Beat butter or margarine until soft in medium-size bowl with electric mixer at high speed. Beat in 10X sugar, alternately with mixture of orange juice, corn syrup, lemon extract and salt, until thick and creamy.
2. Measure 1/2 cup of mixture into small bowl. Set remaining aside for frosting cake. Stir cottage cheese, walnuts and orange rind into the 1/2 cup until well blended. Use for filling.
