|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in medium-size saucepan; stir in egg yolks and water with wire whip.
2. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles 1 minulte; remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and butter or margarine until well blended; cool completely.
