In a medium-size saucepan, combine cranberries and water.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often and watching that mixture does not stick towards the end of cooking time.
Add honey, orange rind, and cinnamon, and continue cooking for 4 minutes longer, stirring often.
Sieve cranberries through a fine-meshed strainer.
Discard skins and seeds.
When ready to spread, cream the cheese until fluffy, and blend in jelly.
This can be done in a food processor or by hand.
Use while mixture is still soft.
