Cream Filling

This is a yummy Cream Filling recipe. Trust me you will just keep eating this unique Cream Filling before it can be put in your pastries. Try this perfect Cream Filling recipe.
Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan combine sugar, all-purpose flour, and salt.
Gradually add milk; mix well.
Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture thickens and bubbles; cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
Very gradually stir the hot mixture into the egg; return to saucepan.
Cook and stir till mixture just boils.
Stir in butter and vanilla; cover surface with waxed paper or clear plastic wrap.
Cool. (Don't stir during cooling.)
