Lemon Orange Filling

Lemon Orange Filling has a fabulous taste. Lemon Orange Filling gets its tang from flour mixed with orange and lemon rind. Lemon Orange Filling is used to making different kind of recipes.
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 4 , well beaten

Combine sugar, flour, salt, and water in a heavy saucepan; stir well.
Stir in fruit rind and juices.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Gradually stir about one fourth of hot mixture into egg yolks; add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.
Return to a boil; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and let cool completely.
