Fish Fillets With Parsley Sauce

Ingredients
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fish fillets 2 Pound (Flathead)
  French mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Ounce, softened
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Add salt and pepper to oil, rub mixture over fish fillets.
Barbecue over medium coals for approximately 10-15 minutes or until fillets are lightly browned on both sides, remove from barbecue.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
Spread half the mixture over fish.
Return fish to barbecue until sizzling and fish flakes easily with a fork.
