Almond Breaded Fillets
|Unblanched almonds||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Rockfish/Other white fish fillets||1 1⁄4 Pound (625 Gram)|
|Butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
In blender or food processor, chop nuts finely; spread on plate or waxed paper.
Mix together egg and milk.
Dip fish into milk mixture, then coat with nuts.
In heavy skillet, melt butter over medium high heat until foamy; cook fish for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until browned on outside arid flesh is opaque.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with watercress and lemon wedges.
