Shrimp Stuffed Fish Fillets

Shrimp Stuffed Fish Fillets is lovely in taste. The mint leaves, coriander leaves with lime juice gives the Shrimp Stuffed Fish Fillets a teo dimensional taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Shelled deveined chopped shrimp 100 Gram, washed (Fresh)
  Spring onion 1 , chopped
  Celery stick 1
  Capsicum 1⁄2
  Mint leaves 4
  Coriander leaves 4
  Chilli powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Bread slice 1 , soaked in water, the water should be squeezed out
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Fish fillets 8 , salted and kept for 20 minutes and then washed (Fresh, Preferably Pomfret)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients except bread, egg and fish in a bowl and microwave for 4 minutes.
Let it stand for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Mix in the bread and and spread this mixture on the fish fillets and roll over.
Tie the fish fillets with thread, or secure them with toothpicks.
Place them side by side in a serving dish, Cover and microwave for 12-15 minutes turning the dish around after 6 minutes.
Let it stand covered for 5 minutes.
Pour white sauce
