Rolled Fish Fillets On Spinach

Rolled Fish Fillets On Spinach is a healthy dish. The Lime juice gives the Rolled Fish Fillets On Spinach a pungent and exhilarating taste.
Ingredients
  Firm fish fillets 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lime 1⁄2 , juiced
  Tender spinach leaves 1 1⁄4 Bunch (125 gm) (1 large bunch)
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), crushed
  Sugar/1/2 tsp honey 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Apply a little salt to the fish and keep aside for 20 minutes.
Wash well and apply a little more salt, pepper and lime juice.
Roll each fillet and tie with a piece of string.
Keep aside.
Wash spinach thoroughly.
Mix in a bowl with all the other ingredients except butter.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Let it stand for a minute.
Mix in 1 tbsp of butter into the spinach and spread it in a shallow microwave serving dish, and place the rolled fillets of fish on top of the spinach.
Dot with remaining butter.
Microwave covered for 8 -10 minutes and serve immediately, with 4 medium microwaved potatoes
