|Instant chicken bouillon||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen fried fish fillets||14 Ounce (1 Package)|
Microwave margarine in 2 cup glass measure until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and water.
Microwave 1 minute; stir.
Microwave until sauce boils and thickens, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Stir in mayonnaise, relish, onion and lemon juice.
Arrange fillets in square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Cover loosely and microwave 5 minutes; turn dish onequarter turn.
Microwave until fish is hot, 3 to 4 minutes.
Spoon sauce onto fish.
Microwave uncovered until hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
