Tomato And Cheese Fillets
|Fish fillets||1⁄2 Pound|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (About 1 Ounce)|
Microwave margarine uncovered in square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Place fish fillets in dish, turning to coat with margarine.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; top with onion, tomato and cheese.
Cover tightly and microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
