This Fillets of Sole With Vegetables is one of the best sole fillet dishes that I've ever known ! Try out these Fillets of Sole for your meal and tell me if you've enjoyed them ! Your suggestions are welcome !
  Sole fillets 1 Pound
  Heavy cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Stalk celery 1 , thinly sliced
  Scallion 1 , thinly sliced
  Carrots 2 , thinly sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon

Melt the 1 tablespoon of butter in a me dium baking dish for 20 seconds on the high est setting.
Add vegetable slices and salt.
Cook for 2 minutes.
While stirring rapidly, add the cream.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add in the sole and cook 3 minutes.
Remove fillets of sole and set on serving plate.
Cook sauce for 1 additional minute.
Take out of oven.
Pour sauce over slices of sole.
