Baked Fillet Of Sole

Ingredients
  Frozen fillet of sole 1 Pound (Thawed)
  Frozen cream of shrimp soup 10 Ounce (Thawed)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place sole (thawed and patted dry on paper towels) in a shallow baking dish and cover with soup.
Sprinkle with cheese, dot with butter, and bake 30 minutes at 375° F.
