Stuffed Fillet Of Halibut
|Halibut steak/Other fish fillets||2 Large|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||20 Ounce|
|Pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Combine the rice, bread crumbs, crushed, drained pineapple, onion and seasonings.
Spread this dressing on the fish fillets and place in a baking pan.
Add the juice from the can of pineapple and bake in a hot oven of 450Â° F. for about 40 min. or until tender.
