Beef And Mushrooms In Red Wine

Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Red Wine is served an American main course meal. Mushrooms and red wine are the main ingredients for the recipe and all three combines and tastes so good that no additional accompaniments are required for the recipe.
  Lean beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Sliced mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Bouillon 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shallot 1 , diced
  Roasted garlic oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic gusto seasoning 2 Tablespoon (Time Savor Gourmet)
  Sea salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash

Medium heat the pan.
Add roasted garlic oil to the pan.
Add beef, sea salt, and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Put in a plate.
Add shallot to the pan, saute well.
Add mushrooms, stir well.
Add beef bouillon, wine, and gusto seasoning, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat.
Add beef to the pan.
Toss them well.
Serve in a plate.
