Stuffed Fillets Of Fish

Ingredients
  Fish 2 Pound
  Egg 1
  Pickles 2 Small
  Paprika 2 Milliliter
  Thyme 1 Milliliter
  Milk 60 Milliliter
  Dijon mustard 5 Milliliter
  Curry powder 1 Milliliter
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon (3 tablespoon or 50 Milliliter per pound or 500 gramof fish used)
Directions

This is a basic recipe that can be varied to taste.
Butter 2 slices of bread on both sides.
Crust can be removed.
Dice the bread.
Add Mix thoroughly and use to cover fillets.
Cover stuffing with another layer of fillets.
Melt 1 minute at HIGH, 3 tablespoons (50 mL) of margarine or butter per pound (500 g) of fish.
Add Stir well and pour evenly over the top of the stuffing and fillets.
Microwave 12 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
