Broiled Fish Fillets Piquante

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground savory 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen perch fillet 1 Pound (Thawed)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well.
Place fish in a lightly greased 11- x 7- x 2-inch shallow baking pan.
Spoon half of butter mixture over fish.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork; transfer to a serving platter.
Pour remaining butter mixture over fish; sprinkle with parsley.
