|Frozen perch fillet/Halibut fillets||1 Pound, thawed|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Butter/Margarine||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Canned cream of shrimp soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place fillets in a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with pepper; dot with butter.
Spoon soup over fillets; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Â° about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
