Fillet of Trout Supreme
|Red pepper||To Taste|
|Softened butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
Salt and pepper trout; sprinkle with red pepper.
Place on sheet of heavy-duty foil; spread with butter.
Fold foil over; seal edges.
Grill 5 inches from coals for 6 minutes; turn once.
Arrange trout on heated platter.
Sprinkle with parsley; garnish with lemon slices.
