Ingredients
  Sole fillets/Flounder fillets 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  White wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes 1⁄4 Pound
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Sprinkle fish fillets lightly with salt and lime juice.
2. Lightly grease a skillet and place the fish in it.
3. Sprinkle with parsley, tarragon and garlic.
4. Simmer adding wine for 12 to 15 minutes until fish flake easily and look milky white, not transparent.
5. Add grapes the last 5 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and keep warm on a separate platter.
7. In the original skillet, melt butter with remaining juices and blend in flour until smooth.
8. Add orange juice and cook, stirring until mixture thickens adding more wine if desired.

SERVING
9. Pour sauce over fillets and serve.
