Golden Glazed Fillets
|Fish fillets||2 Pound|
|Lightly packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Cut fish into serving-sized pieces, if necessary, and place in single layer in shallow baking pan.
Marinade: Combine all ingredients and spoon over fish.
Let stand for about 30 minutes.
With slotted spoon, transfer fish to broiler rack; brush with marinade and broil about 3 inches (8 cm) from heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn fish over; brush with marinade and broil for 2 to 3 minutes longer or just until fish flakes easily with fork.
