Fillet Bubbly Bake
|Frozen cod fillets/Other fillets||32 Ounce (2 Packages)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup/Cream of celery soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Stove top stuffing mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut fillets into blocks, place half in shallow greased baking dish.
Spread stuffing mix over fillets, place remaining fillets over stuffing mix.
Combine soup, onion and lemon juice and spread over fillets.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake in hot oven until fish is cooked, about 30 minutes.
