Crispy Baked Fillets
|Fish fillets||1 Pound|
|Pepper||1 Dash, freshly ground|
|Cornflake crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
2. Prepare the fillets by washing them, drying them and cutting into serving pieces.
3. Then season them, dip in oil and coat them with cornflake crumbs.
4. In a lightly oiled shallow baking dish arrange the prepared fillets in a single layer and bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
5. Serve hot with the desired garnish.
