Broiled Fillet Of Sole With Lemon And Capers

Ingredients
  Sole fillets 24 Ounce (4 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)
  Lemon pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Dried dill 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 4 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Thin lemon slices 12
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat broiler.

MAKING
2) On a baking sheet arrange the fish in one layer.
3) Sprinkle one-fourth of lemon pepper, dill, garlic powder, capers, and lemon juice over the fillet.
4) Season salt and pepper to taste.
5) Place 3 lemon slices on top of each fillet.
6) Arrange in a rack and broil set 4 inches from the heat for 6 minutes till just cooked through.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
