Fillets Of Dover Sole With Sorrel And Herbs

Ingredients
  Dover sole fillets 20 Ounce (4 Pieces, 5 Ounces Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon (Leveled) (Use A Little)
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Chopped herbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Handful, Sorrel, Parsley, Chives, Chervil And Fennel)
  Chopped mixed herbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use A Handful Of Sorrel, Parsley, Chives, Chervil And Fennel)
Directions

MAKING
1. Wash the sole
2. Season the sold with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
3. Season the fish
4. Melt the butter in the pan
5. Add the sole and fry gently on one sides for 1-2 minutes or till done
6. Add the chopped herbs before you turn over the fish.
7. Turn the fish over and then fry on the other side till done

SERVING
8. Serve immediately
