|Fish fillets||2 Pound|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Wipe fish with damp cloth.
Place fish in greased shallow baking dish, the bottom of which is covered with bread crumbs.
Mix together next 7 ingredients and pour over fish.
Garnish with paprika and baste several times.
Bake in preheated hot oven (450°F.to 500°F.), allowing 10 minutes per inch thickness for fresh fish and about 20 minutes per inch thickness for frozen fish.
Makes 6 servings.
