Saucy Stuffed Fillets

Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned flaked crab meat 5 Ounce, drained and rinsed (1 Can)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Fish fillets 1 Pound (Fresh / Defrosted)
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
For sauce
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Thoroughly combine crumbs, onion, crab meat, egg, lemon juice and cayenne.
Spread on fillets; roll up and secure with picks.
Arrange fillets in 8x8-in dish.
Brush with butter.
Microwave stuffed fillets at High 5 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily, rotating once.
Remove picks.
Garnish with parsley.
Combine sauce ingredients in serving dish.
