Sweet & Sour Fillets

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound (Fresh Or Defrosted)
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce, drained and juice (1 Can)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cashews 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Arrange fillets in 12x8-in baking dish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 6 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily, rotating dish 1/2 turn after half the cooking time.
Set aside.
In 1 -qt casserole combine brown sugar, cornstarch, chives and dry mustard.
Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until thickened, stirring once or twice during cooking.
Stir in pineapple chunks and cashews.
Drain fish well.
Spoon sauce over.
Microwave uncovered at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
