Cheese Topped Fillets

Ingredients
  Pike fillets 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Msg 1⁄2 Teaspoon (monosodium glutamate, if desired)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  American cheese slice 8 Ounce (4 slices)
Directions

In shallow baking pan, sprinkle fish with salt, MSG, flour, paprika and garlic salt.
Sprinkle with flour; top with paprika.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes.
Top with cheese; place under broiler until cheese bubbles.
