Oven Fried Fillets

|Fish fillets||1 Pound|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tub margarine||3 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
2. Lightly season fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Roll in bread crumbs.
4. Place in lightly oiled baking dish. Dot each fillet with margarine.
5. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
