Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut fillets in serving pieces.
Place in greased shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, and dash each salt and pepper.
In saucepan, blend 1 tablespoon of the melted butter with flour and dash each salt and pepper; add milk all at once.
Cook and stir till thick and bubbly; pour over fish.
Blend crumbs with remaining butter; sprinkle over fish.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Trim with parsley.
