Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 4 (fresh or frozen)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 3
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small (3 tablespoons when grated)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped capers 3 Tablespoon (optional)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the fillets in a buttered baking dish.
Dot them with butter and bake them at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
While the fillets are baking, cream the butter and beat in the egg yolks until they are light and fluffy.
Add the salt, paprika, grated onion, parsley, capers, and lemon juice.
Put the well-mixed sauce in a double boiler to keep it from hardening.
When the fillets are cooked, spread the sauce over them and return them to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
