Cod Fillets With Cucumber Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (optional)
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cod fillets 1 Pound
Directions

In food processor or blender, combine cucumber, dill, onions, salt and yogurt.
Process until smooth.
Pour into small bowl.
Set sauce aside.
Arrange fish on roasting rack.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 5 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, rearranging after half the cooking time.
Set aside.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave sauce for 1 to 3 minutes to heat.
