Sweet Mustard Glazed Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Portions of salmon 32 Ounce, frozen, thawed (4 Portions, 6 To 8 Ounce Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a shallow baking dish, whisk together lemon juice, mustard, brown sugar and cumin.
3. Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon in the baking dish and turn to coat with the mustard mixt
