Puffy Broiled Fillets
|Vegetable oil spray||1|
|Fish fillets||1 Pound (With Skin)|
|Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Finely ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tartar sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Light reduced calorie mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg white||1 , beaten until stiff|
Lightly spray a shallow baking dish with vegetable oil.
Rinse fish and pat dry.
Place fillets skin side down in prepared dish.
Brush with margarine and season with pepper.
Broil about 10 minutes, 3 to 4 inches from heat.
Meanwhile, gently fold tartar sauce and mayonnaise into stiffly beaten egg white.
When fish flakes easily, spread mixture over fillets and broil 2 minutes more, or until topping is golden brown.
