Broiled Curried Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Dark sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Salmon fillets 24 Ounce (About 1 Inch Thick, Four 6 Ounce Pieces)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.
Add salmon to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
Remove salmon from bag; discard marinade.
Arrange salmon on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
