Orange N Soy Fillets
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Thawed frozen orange juice concentrate||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Frozen fish fillets||1 Pound, thawed|
1. Combine soy sauce, orange and lemon juice, catsup and garlic in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Dip fillets in seasoned sauce. Arrange fillets with thick edges toward outside of dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes be-fce serving.
