Crispy Grilled Fish Fillets's picture
  Finely crushed cornflakes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1 7⁄8 Ounce, toasted (1 Container / 1/3 Cup)
  Frozen fish fillets 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine cornflake crumbs and sesame seed.
Brush fish with soy sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread one side of each fillet with sour cream; press coated side in crumb mixture.
Repeat spreading with sour cream and coating other side of fillets.
Place the coated fish fillets in well-greased wire grill basket.
Grill fish over medium-hot coals about 8 minutes.
Turn fish and grill till fish flakes easily with a fork, about 8 minutes more
