Poached Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the fillets in a skillet and cover with boiling water.
Add the lemon juice and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque.
Puree the fish with about 6 tablespoons of the cooking liquid.
